How to Make your Google Maps 3D [ Mobile and Desktop ]

Google Map serves the best when it comes to finding places and navigation. It gives you detailed information about places, nearby spots etc.

How to Turn on Google Maps 3D on Desktop

1. First of all, open Google chrome web browser and head to the Google Maps website.

2. Once the Google Maps loads, click on the Layers button in the left corner in bottom area.

3. After that click on the More option

4. After that select Satellite view on the Map type and check the Globe View option.

 

5.After that you will see 3D option in the right corner. Click on it.

 

That’s all. Now your Google Maps has turned 3D. If you want to view it again in 2D mode then click on 2D option in the bottom.

 

How to Enable Google Maps 3D on Mobile

Just like we enabled the 3D mode on desktop we can also turn on the same for mobile version. Let us learn how to turn on google Maps 3D mode in mobile.

1. First, open the Google Maps app on your Android or iOS device.

2. After the Google Map loads, click on the map icon on the Map.

 

3. In the bottom you will see a 3D option, just click on it. Doing this will turn on the 3D mode.

So, by following the steps you can make your Google Maps 3D on mobile version. All the places will appear in 3D mode.
