How to Check Message Requests on Facebook Messenger

Facebook is a social media platform that helps you to connect with the world. Messenger is one of its features that lets you message other Facebook users. If you send a message to anyone they will receive it directly if you are connected to them. If you are not friends with them the message will be added to the Message Requests section.

When you read the message request and reply to them you will be able to connect with them. If you wish to check message requests manually you need to follow the following steps:

 

How to Check Message Requests on Facebook Messenger 

We will make use of the Facebook Messenger Web version.

Step 1: Open Messenger in your web browser. Click the Profile picture in the left corner.

Step 2: Click on Message Request options out of all the options.

Step 3: Now you will notice all the message requests that are pending approval. Open the chat and Reply to them one by one.

Step 4: By default, you will see two sections, one is You May Know and the other one is Spam.
